World’s first memory-less single chip for cell phones

Leading the industry in innovative technology, MediaTek MT6252D integrates serial flash directly into the baseband to create the world’s first memory-less single chip for cell phones with rich multimedia features support. In addition to the obvious cost advantages, MediaTek MT6252D’s highly-integrated design also helps handset manufactures to save product develop time, because there is no need to test the compatibility of the main chip and the serial flash, moreover, the system stability is much better.
